Iconic Kids · Operated by Everything Iconic

Who we are

Iconic Kids is operated by Everything Iconic, LLC, a California limited liability company. Our public mailing address is 21143 Hawthorne Blvd #135, Torrance, CA 90503, United States. This policy covers information handled through https://www.iconickids.co, including browsing, accounts, photo uploads, previews, purchases, and support. Everything Iconic also operates Iconic Paw, Iconic Portraits, Iconic Kids, and Iconic Sports, which use a shared checkout. Brand-specific features are described on the site where you use them.

Information we collect

You may provide your name, email address, phone number, account details, uploaded photos, creative instructions, subject details, saved artwork, preview selections, order information, and support messages. Photos can include people, children, pets, and identifying background details. Please provide only information needed for the portrait or request. We also receive device and browser details, IP addresses, pages and interactions, referring links, cookie identifiers, and information needed for sessions, attribution, fraud prevention, and security.

Photos, previews, and artwork

We use submitted photos and instructions to create and review previews and finished artwork, save work you choose to keep, fulfill purchases, and provide support. AI-assisted generation or review may involve sending photos, instructions, and artwork to the providers performing those services. Authorized staff and providers may access relevant material when needed to deliver, support, or protect the service. Privacy handling begins when you upload or create a preview, including before a purchase. Upload only material you have authority to provide.

Shared checkout and payment

Purchases are processed through our shared Shopify checkout at https://checkout.iconicportraits.co. The checkout may display Iconic Paw or the shared checkout identity. Shopify and payment providers handle payment credentials; we receive the order, payment-status, billing, shipping, and fulfillment information needed to administer the purchase. Full payment card details are not entered into the portrait account forms. Shopify and other independent payment services also explain their processing in their own privacy notices.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts and saved work; create and review portraits; process orders and deliver products or included digital files; answer support requests; send necessary service messages; maintain business records; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security; and meet legal obligations. We also use permitted website measurement and marketing information as described below. For individuals covered by UK or EEA data protection law, the applicable basis depends on the processing: performance of a contract or requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests such as security and service administration where those interests do not override your rights, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies and similar browser technologies support sign-in, cart continuity, saved work, security, referral attribution, analytics, and advertising measurement. People who share a browser may be able to access work saved in that browser; sign out and manage site storage on shared devices. The integrations used on this brand include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Pinterest Tag. These providers may receive device identifiers, page visits, interactions, and attribution information for the relevant measurement or advertising purpose. Microsoft Clarity, where used, can include session replay. Advertising disclosures may be treated as sale or sharing under some privacy laws even without a monetary payment.

Tracking choices

You can manage or clear cookies through your browser and use the relevant providers' privacy and advertising preferences. Where this site presents a consent or privacy-choice control, use that control to review or change your choices. Browser settings and provider preferences do not necessarily stop all collection or server-side disclosures, and clearing storage can affect sign-in, carts, and saved-work access. Contact us to exercise any applicable advertising, sale, or sharing opt-out rights. Optional processing remains subject to the consent and opt-out rules that apply in your location.

Email and SMS

Marketing messages are separate from necessary account and order messages. Email or SMS marketing, where offered, is subject to the consent or other permission required for the channel and your location. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing email. For marketing texts, use the opt-out instructions included in the message or contact us. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing a portrait. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary communications about an order, account, or request. Providing a phone number for order contact does not by itself authorize SMS marketing.

When information is shared

We share relevant information with providers that help host and secure the site, store files, generate or review artwork, process checkout and payment, send messages, provide customer support, print products, and arrange delivery. Analytics and advertising disclosures are described above. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, parties involved in a legitimate business transaction, or others at your direction. A private upload is not a submission for public advertising.

Private photos and public submissions

Submitting a photo to create a portrait does not itself give permission to use that photo or portrait in public advertising. Separate permission is needed for that use. If you choose to submit a review, public profile, or other content specifically for publication, the information you choose to publish may be visible to others. Review the submission and visibility choices before publishing, and do not include another person's private information without authority.

Children and parent-managed use

Accounts, uploads, and purchases are intended to be managed by adults with authority to provide the information. Parents or authorized guardians should manage submissions containing a child's photos or information. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit information directly. Parent-provided information about a child is used for the requested portrait and related services. Parents or guardians can contact us about access, correction, deletion, or an unauthorized submission involving their child. If we learn of a direct submission by a child without required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the category of information and why it is needed. We retain uploads, previews, and artwork as needed to provide the requested service, saved-work access, fulfillment, and support. Account and order records may be needed to maintain the account, document transactions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Marketing preferences are needed to administer consent and opt-outs; security records are needed to investigate and prevent misuse. These criteria apply to retention decisions rather than a single fixed period for every category. You may request deletion. Legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs can limit immediate deletion, and backup or provider copies may follow their applicable retention processes.

Your rights and privacy requests

Contact support@iconicpaw.com to ask for access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of information about you or information you are authorized to manage. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, use an authorized agent, appeal a request decision, or complain to your data protection regulator. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority. We will explain a refusal or applicable exception and any available appeal route. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination. Do not send full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive identity documents.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy protections can differ. Where applicable law requires a lawful transfer mechanism or other safeguards, those requirements apply to the transfer. Contact us for information about relevant processing locations and safeguards. This policy does not promise a particular data-residency location or security certification.

Changes and contact

Updated policies will carry a revised effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by applicable law.
